Heat that's built for Houston.
Replacing your heat in Pearland comes down to one early choice: a gas furnace, a heat pump, or both working together as dual-fuel. We price all three on one quote for your house, then install whichever you pick with a load calculation behind it and a combustion test before we leave.

What's included with heating installation
A heating install has one risk an AC install does not: combustion. A gas appliance put in wrong can put carbon monoxide in the house. Here is how we handle that, and the rest of the job.
Manual J load calculation
Sizing matters even more on heat than on cooling. An oversized furnace short-cycles, burns extra gas and puts more stress on the heat exchanger. We size from a room-by-room load calculation.
Side-by-side options
Your quote shows a gas furnace, a heat pump and a dual-fuel setup next to each other, each with its AFUE or HSPF rating and brand. We go over the trade-offs line by line.
Combustion testing on every install
On a gas install we check gas pressure and draft, then measure CO at the registers. Nobody signs off until those numbers are right.
Financing if you want it
Promotional financing options through Wells Fargo, Aqua Finance or Microf, subject to approved credit. CenterPoint rebates start at $200 on qualifying equipment, and we check yours when we write the quote.

What Pearland neighbors are saying
"I had two units and all accessible ducting replaced in my home. Willie and his crew were on time, courteous and efficient. I’d also like to shout out the techs Thomas, Robert and Robby for being super cool and answering all my questions and texts while they were on site."
"Now my new HVAC system is installed. Mr. Trey Ender and his partner worked very professionally! They cleaned every thing after their job. And now the AC is up and running."
"Having issues with A/C not cooling correctly. Tech Robert Britt came out on time and correctly diagnosed the issue and let me know the 5yr old Trane system purchased and installed by another Trane company dealer was installed and wired incorrectly."
Frequently asked
Should I install a furnace or a heat pump?
It depends on the house more than the weather. If your AC is near the end of its life too, a heat pump replaces both with one outdoor unit. If the gas line is already at the air handler and you like strong heat on the few freezing nights, a furnace makes sense. Dual-fuel runs the heat pump most days and switches to gas in a hard freeze. We price all three for your home.
How long does a heating install take?
A like-for-like furnace swap usually takes one day, 6 to 8 hours on site. Switching from a furnace to a heat pump, or adding new venting, can stretch to two. We confirm the timeline 24 hours before we arrive.
How long will a new furnace last in Houston?
A furnace here only runs on cold days, so with a yearly tune-up it tends to outlast the AC it sits beside. A heat pump works year-round, heating and cooling, so plan on about the life of an AC: 12 to 18 years.
Are heating tax credits available?
No federal ones. The 25C heat pump credit and the 25D geothermal credit ended for systems placed in service after December 31, 2025. CenterPoint Energy rebates start at $200 on qualifying high-efficiency equipment, and we check what yours qualifies for on the quote.
What brands do you install?
Trane and Goodman for furnaces and heat pumps. Mitsubishi for ductless heat pumps, and Bosch for water-source geothermal. We recommend a brand and tier for your house and budget and explain why.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Promotional financing options through Wells Fargo, Aqua Finance or Microf, subject to approved credit. Paying outright works too.
How is the install covered?
Our 12-month parts and labor warranty covers the install. Registered Trane and Goodman equipment carries a 10-year limited parts warranty from the manufacturer, and we file the registration. Extended labor coverage is available at additional cost. Current terms are on the warranties page.
