9 member advantages
What each one costs you as a member, next to what it costs without one.
Spring cooling tune-up
All 18 cooling points on every system you have, done before summer load hits. Plan on about 90 minutes.
Fall heating tune-up
All 16 heating points on every system, plus the heat pump checks where they apply. Done before the first cold front.
No dispatch or diagnostic fee
Non-members pay $99 unless they approve the repair. Members never pay it, whether we fix something or not.
Attic efficiency & safety inspection
Insulation, ductwork, and a leak inspection across every connected system.
10% member discount
10% off every repair and every newly installed system for as long as you're a member. On an $8,900 system, that's $890.
With two or more systems, the tune-ups alone are worth more than the $300 a year.
Front-of-the-line priority
A same-day appointment or the next open slot, ahead of non-member calls. Day or night, 24/7.
Priority emergency dispatch
Same price for everyone, 24/7. Members go to the front of the emergency queue.

Questions before you join
Is this a home warranty?
No. Every repair and install carries our 12-month parts and labor warranty whether you're a member or not. The membership doesn't add extended coverage. It adds the tune-ups, the priority and the 10%.
Do members pay less at night?
Nobody pays overtime here. The price is the same 24 hours a day for everyone. Members get moved up the line.
How fast will you get to me?
Members get a same-day appointment or the next open slot, ahead of non-member calls. That holds any hour, 24/7.
I have two systems. Does it cost more?
No. It stays $25 a month or $300 a year, and tune-ups are free on every system you have. Non-members pay $99 per system for each tune-up.
What's the commitment?
Monthly is a one-year agreement. If you cancel a monthly plan early, you pay the prorated balance left on the year. Annual is one payment with one renewal date.
Does it move with me?
Yes, to any home inside our service area.
