You can apply for Wells Fargo financing online, from home, before we ever set foot in your house. The application takes a few minutes and goes directly to Wells Fargo, not to us.
How it works
1. Free in-home estimate
A licensed tech walks your home and gives you written quotes, three options, side by side. You see the equipment, the brand, the warranty, and the total out-the-door price.
2. Apply for financing
Apply in minutes. We work with multiple lenders so you get real choices on rate and term, not a single take-it-or-leave-it offer.
3. Pick the option that fits
Promotional financing options are available. Longer terms spread the payment further. We'll show you the math both ways.
4. Install on your schedule
If financing is approved, we install on your calendar, usually within a week. No waiting on paperwork.
What we won't do
We've all heard horror stories about HVAC financing. High-pressure sales, mystery interest rates, and contracts you don't understand until it's too late. Here's what we don't do:
- We don't push you into financing if cash makes more sense for your situation.
- We don't bury details in fine print. The interest rate, term, and total cost are on the contract you sign, not in a 30-page PDF.
- We don't get kickbacks that distort our recommendations. Our techs are paid on quality of work, not on what financing tier they sell.
- We don't tie financing approval to a more expensive system. The financing options are the same for every tier.
Utility rebates
Local utility rebates can offset part of your install cost. We track current programs and apply eligible amounts to your written quote automatically.
CenterPoint Energy rebates
CenterPoint Energy offers HVAC replacement incentives on qualifying high-efficiency central AC, heat pump, and mini-split systems (15.2 SEER2 and up). Per CenterPoint, incentives start at $200 and can go higher depending on the install, applied on the install invoice. We track the active programs and apply them to your quote so you don't have to chase paperwork.
Federal tax credits
The federal 25C heat pump credit (up to $2,000) and the 25D geothermal credit (30%) ended for systems placed in service after December 31, 2025. They do not apply to a new install today, so we no longer show them on quotes. If your system went in during 2025 or earlier, your accountant can confirm what applied to that return.
