Every repair starts with a $99 diagnostic ($79 for new customers), waived when you approve the repair. Clear Advantage members pay no diagnostic fee.

Final price depends on your home: tonnage, ductwork condition, electrical, attic access, gas line for furnaces. We can't give you a final number from a website. But you should never walk into an estimate not knowing what's reasonable.
Equipment, install labor, permits, and standard line-set / drain. Add-ons (new ductwork, electrical service upgrade, major attic work) are quoted separately and itemized on the same written quote, never hidden.
