Webers Air and Heat is now Clear the Air.
If you found this page because you were a Webers customer, you're in the right place. Your equipment, your warranty, and most of the people who used to show up at your door are still here, just under a new name.
- Acquired 2017
- Pearland & Friendswood
- 281-485-4357 still rings
- Same warranty backing
The short version
Webers Air and Heat opened in Pearland in the 1980s. Over the next three-plus decades, the Webers family built a serious reputation across Pearland, Friendswood, League City, and the surrounding South Houston area. In 2017, they chose to merge their customer base and their installed equipment into Clear the Air Cooling & Heating. The phone number rings the same dispatch line. Your warranty stayed intact. Our crew has been servicing former Webers systems ever since.
We're a few miles down the road from the old Webers shop, at 1918 County Road 130 in Pearland. Family-owned since 1990. Same operating philosophy Webers was known for: show up when you said you would, fix the actual problem, don't pad the bill, stand behind the work.
What didn't change
- Your warranty. Manufacturer parts warranties on Webers-installed equipment carry through to their original term. We honor them.
- Your phone number. The old Webers line, 281-485-4357, still rings our dispatch. You don't have to update anything in your phone.
- Your service area. Pearland, Friendswood, League City, Alvin, Manvel, Clear Lake, same coverage Webers had, plus much of South Houston.
- The standards. Drug-tested techs, written estimates, no-pressure repairs, and the same workmanship Webers' name was built on.
What did change
- The name. We're Clear the Air Cooling & Heating now. Vans are blue and green. The fan-with-a-face logo is on the side.
- The shop. Our office is at 1918 County Road 130 in Pearland.
- The crew. Our techs are Clear the Air's, not Webers'. After eight-plus years servicing former Webers installs, the team knows the equipment, the install patterns, and the neighborhoods well.
- The phone number we put on new business cards. Our main line is now 281-992-7866. The old Webers number still works for as long as we can keep it active.
What to do if you're a former Webers customer
- If your system is running fine: nothing. We'll see you when you call for the next tune-up or repair.
- If you need service: call 281-992-7866 (or the old 281-485-4357, same dispatch). Mention you were a Webers customer and we'll pull whatever history we have on your address.
- If you want to see your warranty paperwork: call us. We have most of the records from 2017 forward and can usually verify pre-acquisition installs from the equipment serial number.
- If your system was installed by Webers and you're shopping for a replacement: we'll honor any pricing or relationship continuity that's reasonable. Tell us what your situation is and we'll work it out fairly.
Common questions from former Webers customers
I had a system installed by Webers Air and Heat. Is it still under warranty?
In most cases, yes. We honor the original Webers manufacturer parts warranties (typically 10 years on registered equipment) for the rest of their term. If you have your install paperwork, we can verify the model and warranty status in a few minutes. If the paperwork is gone, we can usually pull it from the equipment serial number on a service visit.
I still have Webers' old phone number saved. Does it still work?
Yes. 281-485-4357 still rings into our dispatch line and a real person picks up. You don't have to update anything if you don't want to. Our main line is 281-992-7866; both reach the same crew.
Are the same technicians working on systems like mine?
The Clear the Air crew has been servicing former Webers installs since 2017. After eight-plus years on these systems across Pearland, Friendswood, League City, and the surrounding area, our techs know the install patterns, the common failure points, and the neighborhoods inside-out. Different uniforms, same depth of knowledge on what's on your wall and in your attic.
Where is your shop now?
1918 County Road 130, Pearland, TX 77581. Two minutes from the Pearland Regional Airport, easy access from Highway 35. Our trucks dispatch from there to the same service area Webers covered, plus much of South Houston.
Do you have my service history from when I was a Webers customer?
For most former Webers customers, yes. Service records from 2017 forward are all in our system. Records from before the acquisition are spotty depending on how they were kept by the original team, but call us with your address and we will tell you exactly what we have on file.
I have a Webers-branded sticker on my equipment. Will I see Clear the Air vans pulling up now?
Yes. The vans are blue and green now and say Clear the Air on the side. The work, the warranty backing, and the relationship with you are all the same.
Why did Webers sell to Clear the Air?
Webers Air and Heat opened in Pearland in the 1980s and spent more than three decades serving Pearland, Friendswood, and the surrounding South Houston area. By 2017 the Webers family was ready for the next chapter. They chose us because we shared the same family-owned, do-the-job-right philosophy they had built their reputation on. We wanted their customers and their standards to keep going rather than be sold off in pieces. The rest of the story has been making sure that promise held up.
