The hot upstairs in Sienna
Sienna Plantation is huge, and its two-stories share a build pattern. Supply ducts run a long way through an unconditioned attic. South walls take hard afternoon sun. Tall first-floor ceilings don't mix air with the upstairs the way the builder's load calc assumed, and the second floor often has an undersized return on a single-zone system.
Swap the equipment and keep all of that, and you've bought the same hot bedrooms with a new warranty. Our Missouri City installs start with a Manual J on the house as built.
