Propane tanks and septic fields
Out here plenty of houses run without a gas line or a sewer hookup, and we plan around that. Condensate drains to the outside and stays out of the septic field, and when a replacement turns up an old drain tied into the tank, we move it.
Propane furnaces take their own regulators and pilot parts, plus a gas-pressure check that natural-gas furnaces in town skip. Trucks headed to Arcadia carry those parts so a no-heat call doesn't turn into a second trip.
