Service Dispatcher

We are a busy and growing HVAC service company in the Pearland and Houston area seeking an experienced Service Dispatcher. You will serve as the central coordinator between customers, technicians, and management.

What you'll do

• Handle incoming booked jobs, assess urgency, and schedule appointments for new installations and repairs
• Assign service calls to the right technician based on location, skill set, and current workload
• Plan and optimize daily technician routes to minimize travel time and maximize productivity
• Confirm appointments with customers, notify them of delays or changes, and give clear arrival times
• Work closely with service managers and field supervisors so sold jobs get the right coverage
• Maintain accurate records of jobs, service requests, technician availability, and customer interactions

What we're looking for

• 2 or more years of dispatching or scheduling experience (HVAC, plumbing, home services, or field service preferred)
• Experience with ServiceTitan
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a calm, professional manner under pressure
• Familiarity with the Pearland and South Houston area geography is a plus
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused

Pay and benefits

$17.00 to $23.00 per hour, based on experience.
