HVAC Service Technician

We are a well-established and rapidly growing HVAC company in the Pearland and Houston area, looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. We offer year-round work, strong technician support, modern equipment, and a culture that rewards hard work and skill.

What you'll do

• Perform professional installation, maintenance, repair, and replacement of residential and light-commercial HVAC systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration issues efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service: clearly explain repairs, options, and recommendations to homeowners
• Complete service calls with a focus on quality, safety, and timely completion
• Keep accurate records of work performed, parts used, and customer interactions in ServiceTitan
• Participate in an after-hours and weekend on-call rotation (with additional pay)

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on HVAC service experience (residential focus preferred)
• EPA 608 certification required
• Texas HVAC technician license, or the ability to obtain one
• Clean driving record and a valid Texas driver license
• Able to lift 75 pounds and work in various weather conditions
• Experience with ServiceTitan, a professional appearance, and excellent communication

Pay and benefits

Up to $100,000+ per year (base plus performance bonuses), with a $1,500 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
