Customer Service Representative

We are a growing HVAC service company based in the Pearland and Houston area, looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers.

What you'll do

• Answer and manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with a friendly, professional manner
• Accurately schedule and book service appointments, capturing complete customer and job details
• Follow up on leads, web-form submissions, and marketing inquiries and convert them into booked appointments
• Resolve abandoned calls daily so no customer request falls through the cracks
• Coordinate with technicians by passing along clear job notes and special instructions
• Keep customers informed on confirmations, ETAs, reschedules, and arrivals

What we're looking for

• 3 or more years of customer service experience (HVAC, home services, or call center preferred)
• Prior experience using ServiceTitan
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
• Comfortable working some evenings and weekends on a rotating on-call schedule
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented with a strong work ethic

Pay and benefits

$17.00 to $25.00 per hour, based on experience.
