Bosch HVAC repair and installation.
Geothermal and water-source heat pumps for high-end South Houston homes.
We install Bosch's geothermal and water-source heat pump line. Geothermal makes sense on the larger Sugar Land, West End Galveston, and rural-acreage properties where the lot supports a horizontal or vertical loop field. The 30 percent federal tax credit (Section 25D) covers a meaningful share of the install cost through 2032.
Our dealer status
Clear the Air is a Authorized installer (geothermal and water-source line) for Bosch.
Factory-trained on the Bosch residential geothermal product family: water-to-air, water-to-water, and large-capacity systems. We install Bosch geothermal exclusively for the underground heat-exchange portion of our work; for above-ground residential AC and heat pumps we lead with Trane.
What we install from Bosch
- Residential water-to-air geothermal heat pumps (RF series)
- Water-to-water geothermal systems for radiant or hydronic-paired homes
- Large-capacity water-to-air systems for bigger Sugar Land and West End Galveston builds
- Geothermal flow centers and accessories
Why we install Bosch
Bosch builds the most reliable residential geothermal product line in the field. Their inverter-driven geothermal compressors have a strong long-term track record, the parts ecosystem is mature, and the engineering documentation is thorough enough that a competent installer can size and commission the loop without guesswork. For homes where the lot supports it, geothermal is 3 to 5x more efficient than air-source HVAC and qualifies for the 30 percent federal tax credit.
Recent service reviews
Recent reviews of our HVAC service from Pearland and South Houston customers. Equipment served includes Bosch and other major brands.
Jacob Fletcher of Clear the Air did an excellent job of inspecting all components and making sure that system can keep up with the set temp. Rated 5/5.
Jacob Fletcher, our Clear the Air technician, aside from texting me that he was on his way also presented his professional bio and his picture to alleviate any potential apprehension we may have about a stranger entering our home late at night. Very much appreciated. More importantly, he arrived within the timeframe we sorely needed as part of CTA’s emergency response service. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. Our household is grateful that he was able to fix and provide long term solutions to our furnace problem. Thanks, Clear the Air, for being there when we needed you the most!!!
These are my “go-to” HVAC guys, yet again! This time it was because my AC was slowly losing the battle against the hot weather. Got an appointment for the following day. Robert Britt shows up and runs some diagnostics. The unit is pumping cold air, but there is a large pressure difference… Robert found 2 (30 + years old) ducts disconnected at the unit. He was able to patch them back in and for a reasonable price. Robert offered some simple, sage advice for helping my system last until we can get the original ducts replaced. Can’t say enough good things about these guys!
