Geothermal makes sense on the larger Sugar Land, West End Galveston, and rural-acreage properties where the lot supports a horizontal or vertical loop field. The federal geothermal tax credit ended for installs completed after 2025, so the case for geothermal now rests on operating cost and the 50-plus-year life of the loop field.

Why we install Bosch
Bosch geothermal has a strong track record in residential work. Their inverter-driven geothermal compressors have a strong long-term track record, the parts ecosystem is mature, and the engineering documentation is thorough enough that a competent installer can size and commission the loop without guesswork. For homes where the lot supports it, geothermal is roughly 30 to 50 percent more efficient than a standard air-source system, and the loop field is a one-time investment that outlasts several equipment cycles.
