What's included with mini-splits
We install Mitsubishi mini-splits as a Mitsubishi Diamond Contractor. That means single-zone systems for one room and multi-zone systems for several rooms or a whole house. We repair other brands too.
Single-zone systems
One outdoor unit and one indoor head. It fits a garage or sunroom, an addition, or one stubborn bedroom, and the install takes a day.
Multi-zone systems
A Mitsubishi P-Series outdoor unit can run 2 to 8 indoor heads. We use it for second floors and in-law suites, and for whole homes that have no ducts.
Heat pump capability
Every mini-split we install is a heat pump, so the same unit heats and cools. Our winters are mild enough that you will not need a separate heater in that room.
Clean install with hidden line sets
Where we can, the line set runs inside the wall and out of sight. Indoor heads come as wall-mount or ceiling cassette units, and a concealed-duct version is available for additions where you want it to look like central air.

Pick a date
Single-zone installs usually take one day and multi-zone about two. We confirm the timeline 24 hours ahead.

Install day
A two-tech crew mounts the indoor head and routes the line set. The outdoor unit goes on its pad, and the system is vacuum-tested before the refrigerant charge. They clean up before leaving.

Are mini-splits a good fit for Pearland?

Can I cool my whole house with mini-splits?
Yes. A multi-zone system can run up to 8 indoor heads off one outdoor unit. That works well in older homes without ductwork and in additions, and since each zone has its own control, you only cool the rooms you are using.
Are mini-splits efficient?
Yes. Higher-end models carry SEER2 ratings above 20, which beats most central systems. There are no ducts to leak, so the cooling you pay for ends up in the room.
Are they quiet?
Yes. The indoor heads are quiet enough for a bedroom, and the outdoor units are quieter than a typical AC condenser. Most customers are surprised how little they hear it.

Are tax credits or rebates available?
The federal 25C credit on heat-pump mini-splits ended for systems placed in service after December 31, 2025. CenterPoint Energy lists mini-splits among the equipment eligible for its HVAC incentives, which start at $200 on qualifying models. We check what applies when we write your quote.
How long does a mini-split last?
