Office Manager

Clear the Air is a family-owned heating and cooling company in Pearland, serving South Houston since 1990. We are hiring an Office Manager to run the front office, the seat every customer call, schedule, and piece of paperwork flows through. You report directly to the owner.

What you'll do

• Lead the CSR and dispatcher day to day, and run a short weekly office huddle
• Keep the inbound call answer rate high and turn qualified calls into booked jobs
• Own customer-facing paperwork (proposals, invoices, agreements) and keep the error rate low
• Support invoicing, collections, and records alongside the bookkeeper
• Own the new-hire onboarding checklist so every new hire is ready on day one
• Keep front-office files audit-ready (sales tax, TWC, IRS)

What we're looking for

• 4 or more years of administrative leadership in a service business (trades or home services a plus)
• Hands-on with ServiceTitan, QuickBooks Online, Gusto, and Microsoft 365
• Strong written and verbal communication; calm and organized under a busy phone
• A leader who can coach a small front-office team and hold the standard
• Local to the Pearland and South Houston area preferred

Pay and benefits

$45,000 to $65,000 per year depending on experience, plus a quarterly bonus tied to office goals.
