Replaced dual-run capacitor with OEM equivalent and installed new heavy-duty condenser fan motor after confirming bearings were failing in original. Located refrigerant leak at Schrader valve core and replaced it. System required 2.5lbs of R410A to bring to proper charge. Also found disconnected condensate safety switch which was reinstalled and tested to ensure proper shutdown if drain line clogs. All electrical connections checked and tightened.
